Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through pethousefromnature.com.

1. Right of Return

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused,

  • Not assembled,

  • Undamaged,

  • In its original packaging, and

  • In a condition suitable for resale.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Return Notification

Return requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the delivery date.

The following information is required:

  • Item(s) to be returned

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipment & Costs

  • For standard return requests, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The customer is responsible for any damage occurring during return shipment.

  • If the returned item arrives damaged, the return may be rejected or a deduction for loss of value may be applied.

4. Refunds & Deductions

Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

If the return meets the required conditions:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  • If any use, damage, or loss of value is detected, a proportional deduction may be applied.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Made-to-order or size-specific products

  • Items that have been assembled or used

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Any damage or manufacturing defects must be:

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery,

  • Supported with clear photographs.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

7. Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued.
